Les Adjots is a French commune of 525 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Confolens and the canton Charente-Nord (until 2015 Ruffec ). The inhabitants are called adjotois .

Les Adjots is located about 39 kilometers north-northeast of Angoulême . Les Adjots is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montalembert in the north and north-west, Voulême in the north and north-east, Taizé-Aizie in the east and south-east, Ruffec in the south, Bernac in the south-west and Saint-Martin-du-Clocher in the west and south-west.
