Condac is a French municipality with 477 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Confolens and the canton Charente-Nord (until 2015 Ruffec ). The inhabitants are called Condacois .

geography

Condac is located about 40 kilometers north-northeast of Angoulême on the Charente . Condac is surrounded by the neighboring communities Taizé-Aizie in the north, Bioussac in the east, Barro in the south and Ruffec in the west.
