Saint-Sigismond is located about 22 kilometers northwest of Orléans in the Beauce . Saint-Sigismond is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Péravy-la-Colombe in the north and east, Gémigny in the south and south-east, Épieds-en-Beauce in the west and south-west and Tournoisis in the west and north-west.
