Torcy-le-Grand is a French commune with a population of 773 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Luneray ( canton Longueville-sur-Scie until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Torcéens .

Torcy-le-Grand is located about 22 kilometers south-southeast of Dieppe in the Pays de Caux on the Varenne . Torcy-le-Grand is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Torcy-le-Petit in the north, Les Grandes-Ventes in the east, Muchedent in the south, Saint-Honoré in the west and south-west and Sainte-Foy in the west and north-west.
