Grünewald is a court of Halver in the Märkisches Kreis in the administrative district of Arnsberg in North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

Location and description

Grünewald is located at 404 meters above sea ​​level near the summit of the 409 meter high Rafflenberg in eastern Halver north of Ehringhausen . Other neighboring towns are Berge , Neuenhaus , Vömmelbach and Pottheinrich .

The place can be reached via a connecting road between the federal road 229 and the state road L892, which leads from Heesfeld to Schmidtsiepen and also connects Neuenhaus and Berge.
