Lérouville is a French commune with 1,433 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). The municipality is located in the canton of Commercy in the Arrondissement of Commercy . The inhabitants are called Lérouvillois .

geography

Lérouville is located about 48 kilometers west-northwest of downtown Nancy on the Canal de la Meuse . The Meuse (French: Meuse ) limits the municipality in the northeast. Lérouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vadonville in the north and northwest, Pont-sur-Meuse in the north, Vignot in the east, Commercy in the south and Chonville-Malaumont in the west and southwest.

Route nationale 64 runs through the municipality . The municipality's train station is on the Lérouville – Pont-Maugis railway line .
