Pagny-sur-Meuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Troussey in the north and west, Trondes in the north and north-east, Foug and Lay-Saint-Remy in the east, Saint-Germain-sur-Meuse in the south and Ourches-sur-Meuse in the south-west.
