Pagny-sur-Meuse is a French commune with 1,023 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Commercy and the canton of Vaucouleurs (until 2015: canton of Void-Vacon ). The inhabitants are called pagnotins .

Pagny-sur-Meuse is located on the Meuse ( French: Meuse ) and the Canal de la Meuse . Pagny-sur-Meuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Troussey in the north and west, Trondes in the north and north-east, Foug and Lay-Saint-Remy in the east, Saint-Germain-sur-Meuse in the south and Ourches-sur-Meuse in the south-west.
