Ménil-la-Horgne is a French commune with 169 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Commercy and the canton of Vaucouleurs (until 2015: canton of Void-Vacon ).

Ménil-la-Horgne is about seven kilometers southwest of Commercy . Ménil-la-Horgne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Commercy in the north and northeast, Laneuville-au-Rupt in the east, Naives-en-Blois in the south, Méligny-le-Grand in the southwest and Saulvaux in the west.

The National Route 4 runs through the municipality .
