Jonville-en-Woëvre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lachaussée in the south-east, by the communities of Woël in the canton of Étain in the south-west, Doncourt-aux-Templiers in the west, Labeuville in the north-west, Latour-en-Woëvre in the north-east and by the Meurthe department -et-Moselle associated parish of Sponville to the east.
