Monferran-Savès is about 33 kilometers west-northwest of Toulouse . Neighboring communities are Razengues in the north, Clermont-Savès in the east and northeast, L'Isle-Jourdain in the east, Marestaing in the southeast, Frégouville in the south, Giscaro and Gimont in the west and Escornebœuf in the northwest.
