Escorneboeuf ( Gascon Escòrnabueu ) is a French municipality with 565 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the arrondissement Auch and the canton Gimone-Arrats (until 2015 Gimont ). The inhabitants are called Escornebovois .

Escornebœuf is located about 42 kilometers west-northwest of Toulouse . Neighboring municipalities are Touget in the north, Saint-Germier and Catonvielle in the northeast, Razengues in the east, Monferran-Savès in the east and southeast, Gimont in the south, Aubiet in the west and Sainte-Marie in the northwest.
