Noilhan ( Gascon : Nolhan ) is a French municipality with 375 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania . It belongs to the canton of Val de Save and the arrondissement of Auch . The inhabitants are called Noilhanais .

Noilhan is located about 55 kilometers west-southwest of Toulouse . Noilhan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lahas in the north and northwest, Frégouville in the north, Castillon-Savès in the north and northeast, Cazaux-Savès in the northeast, Labastide-Savès in the east, Samatan in the south and Bézéril in the west.
