Peyrusse-Grande ( Gascon : Peirussa Grana ) is a French municipality with 164 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016: Midi-Pyrenees ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement Auch and is part of the canton of Fezensac (until 2015: canton of Montesquiou ).

Peyrusse-Grande is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lupiac in the north, Cazaux-d'Anglès in the northeast, Callian in the east, Bassoues in the south, Gazax-et-Baccarisse in the southwest, Peyrusse-vielle in the west and Saint-Pierre-d'Aubézies in the Northwest.
