Montadet ( Gascon is identical) is a French municipality with 74 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the canton of Val de Save (until 2015 Lombez ) and the arrondissement Auch . The inhabitants are called Adémontains .

Montadet is about 42 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Montadet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lombez in the north, Puylausic in the east and northeast, Garravet in the south and Espaon in the west and southwest.
