Sabaillan ( Gascon Sabalhan ) is a French municipality with 148 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the canton of Val de Save (until 2015 Lombez ) and the arrondissement Auch . The inhabitants are called Sabaillanais .

Sabaillan is about 55 kilometers west-southwest of Toulouse . Sabaillan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gaujac in the north and north-west, Sauveterre in the north and east, Cadeillan in the south-east, Tournan in the south and west, Simorre in the west and north-west and Pellefigue in the north-west.
