Montégut-Savès ( Gascon Montagut Saves ) is a French municipality with 64 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the canton of Val de Save (until 2015 Lombez ) and the arrondissement Auch . The inhabitants are called Montégutois .

Montégut-Savès is about 37 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Montégut-Savès is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Sauvimont in the north, Saint-Loube in the east and northeast, Laymont in the east and southeast, Saint-Lizier-du-Planté in the south and Puylausic in the west and north-west.
