Nouans is located about 29 kilometers north-northeast of Le Mans . Nouans is surrounded by the neighboring communities René in the north, Dangeul in the east, Congé-sur-Orne in the south and southeast, Lucé-sous-Ballon in the south and southwest and Meurcé in the west.
