Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier is a French municipality with 531 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Mamers and the canton of Sillé-le-Guillaume . The inhabitants are called Saint-Georgia .

Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier is located about 45 kilometers north-north-west of Le Mans on the Vaudelle . Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Paul-le-Gaultier in the north, Sougé-le-Ganelon in the east and northeast, Douillet in the southeast, Mont-Saint-Jean in the south, Saint-Germain-de- Coulamer in the southwest and Saint-Mars-du-Désert in the west.
