Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Paul-le-Gaultier in the north, Sougé-le-Ganelon in the east and northeast, Douillet in the southeast, Mont-Saint-Jean in the south, Saint-Germain-de- Coulamer in the southwest and Saint-Mars-du-Désert in the west.
