Prévelles is a French municipality with 218 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Arrondissement Mamers in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . Prévelles belongs to the canton of La Ferté-Bernard (until 2015: canton of Tuffé ) and to the community association Communauté de communes du Pays de l'Huisne Sarthoise . The inhabitants are called Prévellois .

Prévelles is about 27 kilometers northeast of Le Mans . Prévelles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bonnétable in the north and west, Saint-Denis-des-Coudrais in the east, Tuffé Val de la Chéronne in the south and south-east, La Chapelle-Saint-Rémy in the south and Saint-Célerin in the west and south-west.
