location

The place is about 23 kilometers northwest of Le Mans on the left bank of the Longuève river . The municipality borders on Pezé-le-Robert to the north-west, Ségrie to the north, Assé-le-Riboul to the north-east, Mézières-sous-Lavardin to the south-east, Neuvillalais to the south-west and Crissé to the west . Vernie is just outside the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park .
