La Chapelle-Saint-Rémy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Prévelles in the north, Tuffé Val de la Chéronne in the east, Beillé in the southeast, Connerré in the south, Lombron in the west and southwest and Saint-Célerin in the northwest.
