Lombron is located about 18 kilometers east-northeast of Le Mans on the Huisne River . Lombron is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Torcé-en-Vallée in the north and northwest, Saint-Célerin in the north, La Chapelle-Saint-Rémy in the east and northeast, Connerré in the southeast, Montfort-le-Gesnois in the south, and Saint-Corneille in the west and south-west and Sillé-le-Philippe in the north-west.

The A11 car route runs through the municipality .
