Final statistics

Ryan Day got off to a bad start in his second tournament final in a row. Stuart Bingham won all 4 frames until the session break. But the Welshman rallied during the break and dominated the second half. Before the evening session he was only one frame behind. In the tenth frame he equalized to 5: 5 and up to the score of 8: 8, the advance of one player is immediately followed by the equalization of the other. The 9: 8 was then due to Day and the next frame was fiercely contested. Day missed the early decision and with pink and black Bingham was able to equalize at 59:59. The respotted black therefore had to decide. It went to the Welshman, who made the 10: 8 victory perfect. After he had only won a single professional tournament in his career without the participation of the top players, it was already his third title win this season. For Bingham, however, it was the second defeat in the final this season.
