Saint-Sylvain is a French municipality with 179 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe , the canton of Saint-Valery-en-Caux and is part of the Côte d'Albâtre municipal association .
geography
Saint-Sylvain is a farming village in the natural area of the Pays de Bray . It is 39 kilometers west of Dieppe . Large chalk cliffs rise from the pebble beach and overlook the English Channel - the northern municipal boundary.
