Baron Antonio Pucci (born August 25, 1923 in Petralia Sottana , † July 15, 2009 in Palermo ) was an Italian racing car driver and 1964 winner of the Targa Florio long-distance race in Sicily .

Career

The Sicilian baron, who had made a name in the early 1960s as an amateur sports car racing was in 1964 by Huschke von Hanstein for the Targa Florio as a works driver in the Porsche team appointed. In 1959, von Hanstein, at that time still a racing driver, won the large touring car class in this road race. In the overall standings, that was third overall after more than eleven hours of driving.
