Bussy-Albieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-Laval in the north, Pommiers in the north-east, Sainte-Foy-Saint-Sulpice in the east and south-east, Arthun in the south, Saint-Sixte in the west and south-west, Cezay in the west and north-west as well Nollieux in the northwest.
