Cezay is a French commune in the Loire department in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Montbrison and the canton of Boën-sur-Lignon . It is bordered by Saint-Martin-la-Sauveté to the north, Nollieux to the east, Bussy-Albieux to the southeast, Saint-Sixte to the south and Ailleux to the west .
