Grammy Award for Best Country Duo / Group Performance

The Grammy Award for Best Country Duo / Group Performance ("Grammy Award for the best country performance by a duo or group") is a music prize that has been awarded at the annual Grammy Awards since 2012 . The prize is given to duos or groups for vocal or instrumental performances in the field of country music . The price is limited to individual tracks or singles.

The Grammy Awards for Best Pop Solo Performance were awarded until 2011 for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal , Best Country Collaboration with Vocals and Best Country Instrumental Performance (if it is a performance by a duo or a group) amalgamated because the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences wanted to significantly reduce the number of categories and to partially abolish the separation of vocal and instrumental performances in the categories.
