In 1835 the village of Hluboka , located in the Chrudim district , consisted of 73 houses in which 424 people, including 14 Protestant and two Jewish families, lived. Hluboka was divided between three gentlemen. 50 houses belonged to the Chraustowitz rule ( Gut Koschumberg ), 9 houses to the Hrochow-Teinitz rule and 9 houses with 59 inhabitants to the Richenburg rule . The Rich Burger percentage was the court Hniewietitz allocated the Hrochow-Teinitzer the court Střiteř . In the Chraustowitzer and in the Hrochow-Teinitzer portion there was an inn. School lessons took place in Peraletz . The Catholic parish was Richenburg . The Protestants belonged to the Prosetsch pastorate . Until the middle of the 19th century, Hluboka remained divided between the allodial rule Chraustowitz, Hrochow-Teinitz and Richenburg.

After the abolition of patrimonial Hluboká and the district Stříteř formed a municipality in the judicial district of Skuch . From 1868 the community belonged to the political district Hohenmauth . In 1869 the village had 459 inhabitants, in 1880 there were 491 and in 1900 415. When in 1879 a new school in Perálec became necessary, the municipality decided to set up its own school in Hluboká.
