Mansempuy ( Gaskognisch Mansenpuèi ) is a French commune with 86 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gers department in the Occitania region (until 2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipal association Bastides de Lomagne .

Mansempuy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sérempuy in the north, Mauvezin in the east, Saint-Antonin in the south, Puycasquier in the west and Maravat in the northwest.
