Luppé-Violles ( Occitan Lupèr e Viòlas ) is a French commune with 157 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gers department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the Bas Armagnac community association founded in 1998 . The residents call themselves Luppéens .

The municipality of Luppé-Violles is located in the Armagnac countryside in the northwest of the Gers department, about ten kilometers northeast of Aire-sur-l'Adour and 70 kilometers west of Auch . The municipal area of ​​7.57 km² extends in the gently rolling hills between the Adour and Midour rivers . The community has the character of a scattered settlement and consists of the hamlets of Lescloupé, Labat, Luppé and Violles as well as several individual farms. The town hall ( mairie ) is in the centrally located hamlet of Labat , the churches in Violles and Luppé . Outside of the smaller forests in the southwest and northwest, the community is characterized by fields and meadows. The streams that arise in the municipality drain to the north and east to the catchment area of ​​the Midour and to the southwest to the Adour. Luppé-Violles is surrounded by the neighboring communities Magnan in the north-east, Lanne-Soubiran in the east, Lelin-Lapujolle in the south, Arblade-le-Bas in the south-west, Vergoignan in the west and Le Houga in the north-west.

Economy and Infrastructure
