Pouy-Roquelaure ( Gascon : Poi e Ròcalaura) is a French municipality with 122 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipality association Lomagne Gersoise . The residents call themselves Pouy-Roquelains / Pouy-Roquelaines .
It is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lamontjoie (in the Lot-et-Garonne department) in the north, Saint-Mézard in the east, Berrac in the southeast, La Romieu in the south, Gazaupouy in the southwest and Ligardes in the west.
