Saint-Mézard ( Gascon : Sent Mesard) is a French municipality with 225 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipality association Lomagne Gersoise . The residents call themselves Saint-Mézardais / Saint-Mézardaises .

It is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lamontjoie (in the Lot-et-Garonne department) in the north, Pergain-Taillac in the north and northeast, Sempesserre in the east, Castéra-Lectourois in the southeast, Saint-Martin-de-Goyne and Larroque-Engalin in the south and Pouy-Roquelaure in the west.
