Saint-Antoine ( Gascon : Sent Antoni eng Pont d'Arrats) is a French municipality with 198 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the community association Les Deux Rives . The residents call themselves Saint-Antonins / Saint-Antonines .

It is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Cirice (in the Tarn-et-Garonne department) in the north, Auvillar (in the Tarn-et-Garonne department) in the northeast, Bardigues (in the Tarn-et-Garonne department) in the east, Mansonville (in the Département Tarn-et-Garonne) in the southeast and south, Flamarens in the southwest and west and Sistels (in the Département Tarn-et-Garonne) in the northwest.
