Estang ( Gascon identical) is a French municipality with 638 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania . It belongs to the canton of Grand-Bas-Armagnac (until 2015: canton of Cazaubon ) and the Arrondissement Condom .

Estang is about 65 kilometers north-northeast of Pau . Estang is surrounded by the neighboring communities Monclar in the north, Lias-d'Armagnac in the east, Panjas in the south and south-east, Maupas in the south and south-west, Castex-d'Armagnac in the west and Mauléon-d'Armagnac in the west and north-west.
