Sorbets ( Gaskognisch : same name) is a French commune with 226 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gers department in the Occitanie region (until 2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipality of Bas Armagnac . The residents call themselves Sorbésiens / Sorbésiennes .

Sorbets is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Urgosse in the north, Sion in the northeast, Bétous in the east, Bouzon-Gellenave in the southeast, Fustérouau in the southeast and south, Termes-d'Armagnac in the south, Sarragachies in the southwest, Saint-Martin-d'Armagnac in the West and Arblade-le-Haut to the northwest.
