Saint-Créac ( Gascon : Sent Criac) is a French municipality with 83 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipal association Bastides de Lomagne . The residents call themselves Saint-Créacais / Saint-Créacaises .

It is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gramont (in the Tarn-et-Garonne department ) in the north, Marsac (in the Tarn-et-Garonne department) in the north-east, Mauroux in the east and south-east, Saint-Clar in the south, south-west and west and L ' Isle-Bouzon to the northwest.
