The  Opel RAK e  is a two-seater, fully electric  concept vehicle from the German car manufacturer Opel . The RAK e was presented to the public for the first time at the 64th International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt 2011. The name RAK e refers to the rocket-  powered Opel RAK2 from 1928. The vehicle was developed and designed in collaboration with KISKA, the designers of the KTM X-Bow .

The special thing about this vehicle is, on the one hand, the cockpit hood, which also serves as entry and exit and opens and closes automatically. On the other hand, the rear axle is much shorter than the front axle: Due to this short rear axle, the two rear wheels are so close to one another that the RAK e can almost be referred to as a three-wheeler.
