Bran Town Hall

Bran is a southwestern French community with 130 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement Jonzac and the canton Les Trois Monts (until 2015 Montendre ). The inhabitants are called Brannais .

location

Bran is located in the south of the Saintonge about 65 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Bran is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Baignes-Sainte-Radegonde in the north and east, Chantillac in the south and south-east and Vanzac in the west.
