Quincampoix is located a few kilometers northeast of Rouen . Quincampoix is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Georges-sur-Fontaine in the north, Saint-André-sur-Cailly in the northeast, Morgny-la-Pommeraye and La Vieux-Rue in the east, Préaux in the southeast, Fontaine-sous-Préaux in the south , Isneauville in the southwest, Houppeville in the west and Bosc-Guérard-Saint-Adrien in the northwest.
The A28 autoroute runs through the municipality .
