Roussieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-André-de-Rosans in the north and northeast, Chauvac-Laux-Montaux in the east, Montauban-sur-l'Ouvèze in the southeast, Montguers in the south, and Saint-Auban-sur-l'Ouvèze in the Southwest and Montferrand-la-Fare to the west and northwest.
