Cornillac ( Occitan : Cornilhac ) is a place and a community with a population of 83 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Drôme in the southern French region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). Cornillac is part of the Nyons arrondissement and the Nyons et Baronnies canton ( Rémuzat until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Cornillacais .

location

Cornillac is about 72 kilometers southeast of Valence . The Oule River limits the municipality to the west. Cornillac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rottier in the north, La Charce in the northeast, Pommerol in the east, Rosans in the southeast, Verclause in the south, Rémuzat in the southwest and Cornillon-sur-l'Oule in the west and northwest.
