Barret-de-Lioure is located in southern France in the Alps in the south of the Drôme department, 99 kilometers north of Marseille , 95 kilometers southeast of Valence , the seat of the prefecture of the department and 4 kilometers southwest of Séderon at an average altitude of 1074 meters above the Sea level .
