Beauvoisin is a French commune in the Drôme department in the Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes with 145 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017). The next larger city is Buis-les-Baronnies . The community can only be reached via local roads, as the D147 runs along the southern edge.

Beauvoisin was first mentioned in the 12th century as the parish of St.-Simons-et-Jude. From a tax point of view, it belonged to the Abbey of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon .

The parish church from the 12th century and the medieval castle are worth seeing.

The French singer Desireless has lived in Beauvoisin since 1995 .
