Les Tourrettes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saulce-sur-Rhône in the north, Mirmande in the east and north-east, Condillac in the south-east, La Coucourde in the south and Cruas in the west and south-west.

Autoroute A7 and Route nationale 7 run through the municipality .
