Mollans-sur-Ouvèze is a French commune in the Drôme department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region with 1,061 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It belongs to the canton of Nyons et Baronnies in the Nyons arrondissement .

The village is located on the eponymous river Ouvèze, pretty much in the middle between Buis-les-Baronnies and Vaison-la-Romaine . The castle high above the town and the historic buildings on the market square are worth seeing.

The Orange-Buis-les-Baronnies railway used to run through Mollans . Today there is a cycle path on the railway line. This is the route from Buis-les-Baronnies to Vaison-la-Romaine. The place is on the regional roads D4 and D5, which bypass the place today.
