Villeperdrix is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Arnayon in the north, Cornillon-sur-l'Oule in the east, Saint-May in the south and south-east, Sahune in the south, Eyroles in the south-west, Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas in the west and south-west and Chaudebonne in the West and northwest.
