Saint-Arnoult is a French commune with a population of 1,384 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon (until 2015: canton of Caudebec-en-Caux ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Arnoultais .

Saint-Arnoult is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Gilles-de-Crétot in the north and north-west, Maulévrier-Sainte-Gertrude in the north and north-east, Caudebec-en-Caux in the east, Villequier in the south and south-west, Anquetierville in the west and Grand- Camp and Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Haie to the northwest.
