Verdalle ( Occitan : Verdala ) is a French commune with 992 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Castres and the canton of La Montagne noire (until 2015: canton of Dourgne ). The inhabitants are called Verdallois .

Verdalle is about twelve kilometers south-southwest of Castres . Verdalle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Soual in the north and north-west, Viviers-lès-Montagnes in the north and north-east, Saint-Affrique-les-Montagnes in the east and north-east, Ecoussens in the east, Arfons in the south, Massaguel in the south and south-west, Dourgne in the West and Saint-Avit to the west and north-west.
