Lacougotte-Cadoul ( La Cogòta Cadol in Occitan ) is a French commune with 171 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Castres and the canton Lavaur Cocagne (until 2015 Lavaur ).

Lacougotte-Cadoul is located about 37 kilometers east-northeast of Toulouse and about 39 kilometers west-northwest of Castres . Lacougotte-Cadoul is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lavaur in the north and north-west, Marzens in the north and east, Roquevidal in the south-east, Veilhes in the south and Viviers-lès-Lavaur in the west.
